  • a walk in the forest with feeling and olfactory perception of elderflowers and dandelions
  • the production of elderberry syrup
  • the phenomenon of osmosis using the example of dandelions

Funding objectives:

  • convey the forest experience through various materials such as elderflowers, branches and dandelions
  • Promote tactile, auditory, visual and olfactory perception


Teaching objectives:

  • the students experience the production of elderflower syrup
  • the students experience the phenomenon of osmosis
